Synopsis
A ridge of high is intensifying from the north across the Adriatic whereas a smaller amount of humid and unstable air is approaching at high altitudes from the west.

NW wind 10-20, in the far south increasing to 12-24 knots. Along the coast of the North, at night along entire Adriatic NE wind 10-20, at foot of Velebit up to 24 knots. The sea 2-3, in the North Adriatic and in the far south possibly 4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy, along the coast possibility of rain showers and thunder, mainly in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic, at night mostly clear skies.

Along the coast light to fresh, at foot of Velebit locally strong NE wind, in the open sea light to fresh NW wind. Towards the midday wind will be decreasing to light. The sea smooth to slight, at foot of Velebit and in the far south possibly moderate.
