Conference Registration Fees

The above fees and hotel bookings should be paid through registration form.

The registration fees will include the following services:

• Admission to scientific sessions

• Abstracts

• Coffee breaks

• Welcome party on Monday, 6 Oct, 2008

• Main Conference Dinner with an addition fee of 30 Euros per participant.

Notes on conference fees:

Reduced rates will be applicable for registrations and payment of the Conference fees till 30 June 2008. Registration forms received without payment cannot be processed. The full registration fee will be applied after 30 June 2008.

Special Rate for Scientific Committee Members

Reduced rates for members of scientific committee are available.

One day registration form for 9th October 2008

For participants who will participate on one day of conference on Thursday 9th October there is a special one-day registration fee.

Special Student Rate

For benefiting of the student rate the appropriate certificate from the Academic Institutions is required. A copy of the cerificate should accompany the registration form and the original will be submitted at the registration desk on the arrival day!

Social Events

In parallel to this Conference a boat trip to Dubrovnik, and Dubrovnik guided tour are planned on Tuesday 7th. Please express your interest for the excursion because of the limited space on board.

Tickets for the dinner and excursion will be offered at the registration desk depending on availability.

In case you are interested in joining any of this events, pre-registration is strongly advisable.
